2. Exchange: 15-day replacement for quality related issue starting from receiving date, replacement request should be submitted on the corresponding purchase channel.
3. For product(s) purchased offline in physical store, contact the corresponding store or retailer for the 15-day replacement and 1-year repair service.

1. Products proved not to be ours;

5. Improper storage, exposure to excessive humidity and temperature for extended time resulting into performance damage;
6. Damage non related to performance;
7. Improper use resulting into damage of the product or its accessories.
